1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using drapeitnow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Wallet and Billing

  • Wallet top-ups are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Render charges are deducted from your wallet based on the selected tier displayed before generation.
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
  • Generate content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

5. Uploaded Content

Users are solely responsible for the rights, permissions, and legality of all uploaded reference images and assets. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use such content for image generation purposes.

6. Generated Output

Generated images are produced using AI technology and should be reviewed by a human before any public or commercial use. drapeitnow does not guarantee that generated outputs will be free from errors, artifacts, or unintended variations.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating behavior. In such cases, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

drapeitnow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
